Your name, email, phone (optional), institute name (institutes), the question papers and answer copies you upload, and the evaluations we produce. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details.
How we use it
Only to provide evaluations, run your account, process payments and improve the accuracy of our evaluations. We do not sell your data.
Processors
Answer copies are processed by our AI provider (Google Gemini API) solely to produce your evaluation, and stored on our servers in [region].
Retention
Uploaded copies and results are kept while your account is active so you can revisit them. Ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing laalpenai@gmail.com.
Your rights
